چکیده
This study focuses on the development and characterization of pigeon pea stalk/cotton fibers mixed with a blend ratio 50/50, 70/30, 30/70, 60/40, 100/0 waste cotton 0/100 stalk composites are equipped compression molding system. The entire composite samples tested for acoustics, thermal physical parameters as per American Society Testing Materials standard (ASTM). sound absorption coefficients (SAC) were measured according to ASTME1050 by an impedance tube method, SAC over six frequencies 125, 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000 Hz calculated. result revealed that prepared from cotton/pigeon have confirmed more than 80% provided best insulation, absorption, moisture fiber properties. effect exposed materials arranged cotton/pea established further 75% immersion measure 28% handed fashionable Appropriation, immersion, humidity materials. satisfactory resistance at high situations without disturbing insulation

متن کاملPreliminary study of the physical and mechanical properties of soya stalk flour/high density polyethylene composite
The use of agriculture residues as filler in composites is increasing due to their strength, abundance and low cost. Soya stalks show promising renewable natural fiber. In polyethylene composites the physical and mechanical properties (flexural resistance, tensile, impacted absorbed energy, water uptake and thickness swelling) was examined at different composites. The results showed that, the m...
متن کاملSustainable waste and materials management: national policy and global perspective.
W generation and resource shortages have long been recognized as two of the greatest challenges human society is facing. In the early 1970s, the Club of Rome, a group of pioneering global thinkers, predicted in their milestone book The Limits to Growth that “if the present growth trends in world population...pollution ... and resource depletion continue unchanged, the limits to growth on this p...

strength, flexural modulus, and contraction stress of one orthodontic composite and two flowable composites. Orthodontic brackets were bonded to 45 human maxillary premolars with the composites Transbond XT, Filtek Z-350 flow and Opallis flow and tested for shear bond strength. For measurement of flexural strength and flexural modulus, specimens were fabricated and tested under flexion. For the...
